Join us for a round of cooking by the fire - outside, in the countryside. Roasting, grilling, smoking and baking together all using the power of fire.
We’ll primarily be using regional ingredients and seeing what the modern world of whisky has to offer with Auriel and Lea from the Gasthaus Canow and me as your resident fire cook.
So be there for an afternoon of cooking, drinking and storytelling and experience what it's like to cook over an open fire. We’ll learn about the exciting new young whiskies, where progressive players are trying to overcome old clichés.
We will end the evening by the fire. Afterwards, a cosy room awaits you in bed and a delicious regional breakfast the next day.

The number of participants is strictly limited by the amount of rooms available, so be quick.
Cost: 220€ - meals, whisky accompaniment, overnight stay and breakfast.
The cost is calculated on a couple sharing.
